Finding your Wireless Physical Address, known as your Wireless MAC address
Make sure you have the Wireless MAC Address
of your WiFi card available.
You will not get access unless we have your Wireless MAC Address, otherwise known as your Wireless Physical Address.
How do I find my Wireless MAC Address?
You can find it printed on your WiFi card if you look inside the pc- it's 12 digits long, or
Windows pre XP: open up a DOS prompt...At prompt, type ipconfig
/all and the Wireless MAC Address is the Physical Address of your WiFi card.
it will look something like this "Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00:B0:D0:5F:2F:33"
There may be a - instead of : or no gaps just 12 digits/letters! You must
give us using : between each pair of digits/letters. A 0 is a zero not the
letter O!!
Windows XP: open Start , click Run, then type cmd
in window then enter. At prompt,type ipconfig /all
and the Wireless MAC Address is the Physical Address of your WiFi card. it will look

Linux Users can find their Wireless MAC address using 'ifconfig
wlan0' or similar
Mac OS X users.
1. Click on the Apple Menu.
2. Click on Location.
3. Click on Network Preferences.
4. Look in the Show field and select AirPort.
5. Look at the AirPort ID and copy down the AirPort ID (Wireless MAC Address). Make
sure that you copy it down correctly. Failure to do so may cause you not to
be able to access the wireless network.
Mac OS 9.x users
1. Click on the Apple Menu.
2. Click on the AirPort icon.
3. Make sure the settings section is expanded.
4. Copy down the AirPort ID. Make sure that you copy it down correctly.
